Shipping

For all orders in Canada, once the order is completed and paid on our online store, it will be processed within 2-4 business days. When ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email and you can expect delivery within 2 to 8 working days. We ship everywhere in Canada. Shipping within Canada is included unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

For orders outside of Canada please contact us by email to get a shipping cost estimate. Please note that all international packages are subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Availability of articles

We do our best to keep our online inventory updated, but sometimes an article which you ordered can be out of stock. We shall contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.

Order changes & cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting us at info@beautifuljoe.org. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancelthe order.

After shipment, all sales are final.
