The nearby town of Meaford is worth a stop to explore its rustic downtown shops, and the marina. I stayed overnight in the marina and enjoyed the great stars and fresh air. Cheap camping!

This is a hidden gem on the north side heading into Medford. Wander the monuments dedicated to dogs. If you have a dog, make sure that you walk the trail.
